Products for Eyecare Professionals Return Policy

We are dedicated to offering you first class service. Please read the below steps to an easy return of your product. This information only pertains to returns for Products for Eyecare Professionals.   1. Please call (800) 826-4200 for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. All returns must be sent to ShopLowVision.com, 3030 Enterprise Court, Suite C, Vista, CA 92081. A completed Return Form found on the back of the packing slip must be enclosed with the shipment. We recommend that all returns should be insured and a proof-of-delivery should be obtained from your carrier.

  3. Please notify ShopLowVision.com within 14 calendar days of the invoice/packing slip date of any orders that were shipped incorrectly.

  4. Defective products will be replaced or repaired if they are under the manufacturer’s warranty period (most companies warranty their products for one year of date of purchase).

  5. Products that are damaged after shipment will be repaired or replaced at cost to the customer.

  6. If products shipped by UPS are received damaged, please follow these procedures:

    (a) Call your local UPS (do not return to ShopLowVision.com).
    (b) Save all the packaging and wrappings for inspection by your local UPS inspector.
    (c) Call ShopLowVision.com to advise for further instructions. ShopLowVision.com will not be responsible if the above steps are not followed.


  7. Non-defective products accepted for return must be in original factory packaging, be received free of personal marking and in new condition, and packed in a protective outer carton. Non-defective products that are received in Vista within 30 days of the invoice date are fully refundable. A 15% restocking fee is charged for all non-defective products received after 30 days, unless sent in error by LowVision.com. Non-defective products may not be returned after 60 days. Shipping/handling costs are not refundable. Products should be returned with proof of delivery and insured or LowVision.com will not be responsible for loss or damage during shipment. Note: the return policies listed above do not apply to the following manufacturers: Dazor, Edwards Optical, Luxo, Ocutech, Winchester Optical (Corning), and software, and products with a prescription incorporated in them. Please call for a current policy if you seek to return any of the above.

  8. All returns should be sent prepaid and insured.

  9. Special orders (including items incorporating prescriptions) are not returnable.

  10. Illuminated magnifiers should be checked for worn-out bulbs and batteries before returning for repair or replacement. Corrosion caused by leaking batteries that were not supplied by the manufacturer are not covered under warranty. Please remove batteries from any illuminated magnifier that is being returned for credit, repair, or replacement.

  11. Shortages of products being returned when compared to the customer packing list shall be the responsibility of the customer.
